Welcome to Tilottama Jewellers, we are Micro Enterprise [ REGISTRATION NUMBER : UDYAM-WB-10-0160406 ]. We are BIS approved to selling Gold Jewellery and Artefacts with hallmark. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website https://tilottamajewellers.in and all related services.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General
These Terms apply to all users of the site including browsers and customers.We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Products, Services and Pricing
1. All prices for raw gold and raw silver are subject to market fluctuations.
2. We sale 24 karat raw physical gold through our website. We can not sale gold and silver jewelries by online but we have product catalogue for our customer or browsers. Product descriptions and weights mention in the website are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery.
3. Gold price is applicable as on the date of payment.
4. We are only deal with 24 physical gold. Unfortunately, we cannot deal in digital or any other non-physical forms of gold.
5. We only concern the amount of gold customer have in their wallate. Tiottama Jewellers can not responsible for the other gold.
6. Customers can only take delivery 1 gram or multiples of 1 gram of gold.
3. Orders and Payments
1. Orders can be placed online or at any of our retail stores.
2. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and approved EMI methods.
3. EMI and installment-based orders are bound by the initial terms agreed upon at the time of first payment.
4. Delivery
1. The customer can get their orders gold delivery from our retail stores. The customer will have to pay a Delivery Charge of 100/- for every delivery.
2. After successful delivery need to customer signature on the Proof of Delivery Form with a self attested xerox copy of Identification proof ( PAN / Voter Id / Aadhar)
5. Returns and Exchange
1. An order can be cancelled within 1-2 days of placing the same through our website, but Refunds approved by the TILOTTAMA JEWELLERS, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
2. Exchange of gold only possible on our retail stores. Executive will help you on the time of exchange.
6. Product Certification
1. All the products are compliant & marked with HUID.
2. All our jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity and quality assurance
7. Customer Account
1. Customer need to register open an account in our website for purchase 24karat raw physical gold from online.
2. From dashboard customer can track their order history, how much gold he/she has on his wallet. The customer can create new subscription plan to buy 24karat raw physical gold and stop the ongoing plan. Wallet is only show the amount of purchased non delivered gold of a customer.
3. All the personal data of user has been secure and password is encrypted and we can not sharing any data with anyone.
8. Taxes and Compliance
- The customer has to pay the applicable taxes if any.
- If the customer wants, he can get a custom designed same quantity 22 karat gold jewellery same quantity 24 karat gold which he/she have in wallet. No commission fee will be charged. A service charge of 1000/- per ornament will be charged for this.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, designs, text, and graphics is the property of Tilottama Jewellers and protected by applicable copyright.
10. Limitation of Liability
1. Tilottama Jewellers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
2. Our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the value of the item purchased.
